Hey guys, I'm 20 5'7 170lbs @ ~11%bf and am hoping you guys could help me out with my diet.

My next semester @ school starts in the fall and I'll be cooking so I can make anything and would like help structuring a diet for myself.
On a bulk what should my macros be? Should I taper carbs off the closer it is to bed (or is this broscience)? And what type of food should my diet consist of other than chicken, steak, eggs, whey, oatz, and brocolli?
