I am a big user of gerber sweet potato compote during the day as it is a great quick fix for carbs and I hate reg sweet potato. I recently saw that they also make an apples and cinnamon oatmeal compote its small and very portable so I was wondering if It would be a good PWO option as opposed to malto and dex
