4th meal
9-10oz chicken breast, 1 gerber sweet potato
5th
10oz flank steak, 3tbsp olive oil
6th
2 cans tuna, 3tbsp olive oil
Pre bed shake
1scoop whey, 1 cup white lowfat milk
