blood loss and muscle recovery

so i had a killer workout (bench press [155 lb] and bicep curls with the barbell [80 lb] - 2nd month powerlifting) at the gym today and upon coming home my dad asked me to help him with carrying some glass. i hesitated but i agreed in a respectful manner but after carrying a sheet of glass i slit my calf open...

the bleeding is bad, but not horrible. i'm currently applying pressure and it's more or less stopped but due to my highly ocd nature (clinically diagnosed by the way :p ) i'm afraid this ruined my work out..

i haven't exactly lost THAT much blood, just about 1/4th or less of a pint i'm guess, seeing as it is a rather deep gash :/

would this make any difference i gains? once again, SORRY, but i'm just really bothered by this, and i'd rather spend a few moments asking this than the whole day being pestered by my obsessive thoughts...
