I am about to start my cutting cycle and I have been doing the proteins shakes for either breakfast or using them for snack's throughout the work day.
But i was seeing if this would be beneficial for my cutting. Just not sure if this shake has to much of the fat to slow down results.
Protein shake consists of:
2 scoops whey protein
8 oz liquid egg whites
1 cup rolled oats
8 oz skim milk
8 oz cottage cheese
3 or 4 bananas
6 to 8 strawberries depending on size
makes about 64 oz of drink i can split through the day.
OR
1 scoop of protein powder w/ water 2 or 3 times a day
Just trying to see which would fit the cutting cycle!
I am bout to start a log as soon as oxy elite + alpha t2+ erase come in. PReparing and getting what I need in order to have a full and detailed log for myself and whoever wants to follow.
