Local butcher shops sell top sirlion for $1.89lb .
Sometimes it cheaper to buy a roast and cut it yourself. -

London broil just takes forever to cook and cant be cooked well done from my experiences. My local butcher has been getting utility Rib-eye for cheap. Its loaded with fat that you need to cut off all over but when you take the time to trim it man its the best and very chewy.
I like utility steaks cheap and just clean them up and good to go bro" PAIN IS WEAKNESS LEAVING THE BODY"
