Due to some urological health issues, and kind of straining my back I'm probably going to have to take a week off from the gym and take things real easy. Does protein intake need to be as high while not physically exerting yourself at all? If I were only taking in say 100g of protein a day (I weight 200 pounds) would that lead to more of a chance of some lost muscle than if I kept it at my normal 200g.
