I am having a hard time getting enough calories, I simply do not have the appetite and I have to force the last 700+ calories down. I know some of the old pro body-builders used heavy cream to help them reach their calories.
I am wondering if I should try that too, or do you guys have a really good reason for why I shouldn't?
