Can someone give me a good recicpe... For a peanutbutter and protein fluff sandwich?

How can I make protein fluff? Buy regualr fluff an mix in protein powder? Or what? Lol...

Y not just have the pb&f with a protien shake , b alot easier than mixing protien and fluff wich I imagine would come out all gritty and ruin a good pb&f sandwich
