I am pretty lean (10% or so) and got there via low carb dieting, mainly greens and lean meats and healthy fats.

I get in a ton of healthy fats daily (150-175/grams day) but they are mainly comprised of mac nut oil, flax seeds, almonds, fish oil, extra virgin olive oil.

I know my choice of fats is healthy but am I at any health risks from eating this much fat?

I have been doing this for years and I am just waiting for my liver or gall bladder to just fall out LOL

I would say that if your 10 percent body fat your pretty healthy. I don't think there is any risk at all to what you are doing. Nothing wrong with healthy fats. Its working for you so keep doing what you are doing.

Thanks. I would assume so too but, low body fat isn't the whole picture as we all know you know? ;)

I wonder what's going onm with respect to my organs, vessels, etc.

I know healthy fats are good for the cardiovascular system preventing atherosclerosis, etc but not too sure about very high amounts and then the gall bladder and liver have to provess all this FAT. :(
