    Need some help... Diet blows..

I'm 205lbs and skinny fat... I'm trying to work on a diet... My genes from both parents are sucky... Both are obese and I'm on my way there to... Well it stops HERE!!! Here is a sample of a cutting diet I'm starting... Let me know what you'll think... (I gain weight on 2500 calories)

    4 decent sized meals....

Breakfast: protein shake with some 3oz lunch meat

Snack: bacon and grilled chicken wrap

Lunch. Chicken wrap or Hawaiian ham wrap

Dinner: usually some type of meat/chicken/pork with veggies

All servings of chicken/meat are 8oz unless stated...

On days I workout 3-4 days a week I have a protein shake before and after....

I would try and break it down even more to 6-8 small meals every day.

I was going to suggest starting at 2500 clean cals every day, increase your cardio to 4-5 times per week, check your stats (gaining, losing, maintaining,et c...) and adjust calorie intake by 400-500 accordingly.

However you have stated that you gain weight at 2500 cals....so just decrease your maintenence level cals by 400-500, increase your cardio (frequency/intensity), check your weight after 10 days or so and adjust from there.

The foods you are eating look fine to me. Have you been to leangains.com? Intermittent fasting is a very easy to follow program that makes for solid results. The short version is that you only eat for 8 hours of your day, starting either right before or right after your workout, ideally. Personally, I've had great success with it.

throw some decent carbs in there but just time them right. Morning meal and post workout meal will not hurt you. Your only 205 lbs bro, you can't be that fat
