I am trying to pull it off myself. I am on 15 days right now, I started at aprox 190lbs, I went down to 187 quick and now I was 192lbs yesterday with 3/4 inch off my waist! I am looking and feeling good, great pumps but you might have 2 ruff days like I did. Once I hit that 11th day no carbs I started feeling like crap, I carbed up for one day and I feel great right now. It seems like I am loosing fat and gaining muscle.... its working for me so far! Try it, I am not sticking to there diet to the tee, I am eating 3 eggs and bacon, chicken, tunna, steak or fish and a big salad every day, about 3000 cals give or take. Also snaking on chees and penuts.
