I couldn't find an answer on google soooooo here goes.
I understand that fiber slows the absorption of food.
psyllium husk ( ground) is advertised as a laxative. I believe it makes you poop faster.
SO, if i take psyllium husk with a meal, will it slow the absorption or make it come out quicker?
Excuse my ignorance but this concept is crucial to my intermittent fasting efforts.
