Pretty new to the forum and didn't see anything on "search".
For any of you guys experienced with calorie/carb cycling, what kind of caloric difference do you use between your days? Do you eat at say 500-700 below maint. on your low days and at maint. during other days? Or perhaps lower on under days and over maint. on your higher days?
Just curious what is working for those who have tried it with success.
