I have been reading about intermittent fasting and am considering giving it a shot. For those who are not familiar check out Martin Berkhan blog, he is one of the best in the game:

I was wondering if anyone on the board has tried IF and can give some feedback, especially in regards to cutting and how easy it is to be compliant with a busy social agenda compared to a more traditional bodybuilding diet plan.
