Silly question maybe, but during cutting I tend to add a lot of garlic and chilli to stuff to give flavour.
Recently I started mixing pickled onion or pickled jalapenos with my cottage cheese or chicken.
Aside from the relatively high salt content, can anyone see any potential problems with this? Calories are virtually non-existant (23 per100g) !

no problem with that if you don't mind the bloat from the sodium. I mean all it is a veggies, salt, vinegar, and seasonings.
