A tall glass of whole milk, a scoop of whey, and some sort of fat to help slow absorbtion (peanut butter, udo's oil, fish oil, olive oil, etc...)
what are the benefits of powder free bulk? can you list a sample eating plan?
MAP and have standalone or mixed in with plain yoghurt. So many options. You don't even need to eat pre-bed, either, honestly.
