    What up fellas, I'm trying out a new menu and want to make sure I got my macros correct, here is what I have, let me know if it makes sense....

    Protein Carbs Fats
    2/3 cups angel hair twice 20 94 2
    4 oz chicken. 36 0 3
    1 banana. 1 27 0
    1 tsp olive oil. 0 0 4.5
    Total Macros. 57 121 9.5

    Protein Carbs Fats
    2 slices turkey bacon 4 0 5
    2 whole eggs 13 4 15
    1 glass of orange juice 1 48 0
    2 slices of wheat bread 8 32 3
    2 Tbsp of peanut butter 18 14 32
    Total Macros 44 98 55

  3. 2 whole eggs do not have 15 grams of fat..... i believe an egg is 6/0/4....and 2 Tbs PB is mroe like 8/4/16

  5. Thanks for the replies. No its not my whole diet only 2 meals out of 5. I checked with fitday and other websites everyone varies so I wanted your opinion.

    So do I normally, Im flipping around my macros in an effort to bulk up a bit. I'm still taking in 250g of protein, but my carbs now are upwards of 450g.
