I'm drinking a ton of this stuff lately.

4 grams of healthy MONO Fats per serving.

Any issues with consuming TOO MUCH?

The reason I ask is I know part of the healthy fats environment needed requires a proper ratio and balance as opposed to dominance of one.

I also ingest 8 (8 caps) grams of fish oil per day.

These are my "staple fats"

Any issues?

YUP. Agreed. Thats what I use to ;)

Just curious if it is possible to get too much mono fat??

PS: Are the fats that come from almonds IDENTICAL to extra virgin olive oil?

You could also make your own. It's not that hard, and you will know what exactly is in it.

It's fine, i use a lot of it as well. As long as you're getting a variety of fats from other sources don't worry.
