Stevia's effect on insulin sensitivity
Anyone know the scoop?
I recently switched from Splenda (sucralose) to Stevia because I heard that Splenda contains hidden maltodextrin and sugar as fillers.
I've read some studies that Stevia increases insulin output which can further worsen insulin resistance in diabetics but also read that it improves insulin sensitivity.
Can anyone shed some light on this?

I've used stevia safely during keto diets in the past, without getting bumped out of ketosis. That's all I can add.
