I just started taking OxyElite Pro and I'm starting to diet again. I am just not sure what type of diet I should be on for this type of supplement. Right now my diet consists of salad green, chicken, tuna, vegetables, and fruit. Normally i would eat either a full can of tuna and half a cup of brown rice or half a can of chicken breast with half a cup of brown rice and for meals after I work out or do cardio i would have a protein shake with two pieces of fruit (normally banana and apple). Right now I am 6'1" 210, and I am trying to get down to around 200 by the end of february. What do you think the best course of action would be for me? I am in college right now so it is hard to get on a good diet and workout plan but I am trying.
