I currently weigh about 195 and am working on a 3000 calorie diet. I am looking for a lean bulk but keep bf at the same or maybe lower a bit. Currently running dermacrine ghenerate formestane and daa. I lift 5x a week and my workouts are high intensity high heart rate for 1 hr 30 mins a day.how many carbs should I eat? I'm currently at 100-120 gms a day if I go higher I use pslin. I also get about 210 gms of protein and 100 gms of total fat a day
