Tuna and avocado cup

This is a handy recipe for bringing to work.

Take one ripe avocado and scoop out the flesh. Save the skins as your cups

puree the avocado with one can tuna, chilli, pepper, spoon mayo,

scoop back into the skins, pack well, and wrap in cling film and chill in the fridge.

This is a reall tasty high protein, high fat snack.

I'll have to try this. Sounds great. Should be a nice change-up, usually just take an avocado with me and put it in with my cottage cheese/salsa.
