AHH IVE BEEN STUCK AT THE SAME WEIGHT FOR 4 MONTHS!!!

Okay so ill make this really clear and simple to understand. I've always been a big dude, i weighed in at 285 pounds in and throughout high-school. I started working out and watching my daily intake of foods and paying really close attention to what i was nutritionally consuming.

So its been awhile now and i managed to lose some weight and cut up, the problem is that from 285 down to 218lbs, it seems as if my body clocked in and slowed down. Diet is important and i know that is the main focus in losing weight but can you guys give me some of your advice and personal knowledge so i can be more wise and continue to lose more weight..Thank you and God Bless..
 
What's your training style like? How long have you been training that way? What's your diet look like and how long has it been that way as well?

The more detailed you are in answering, the easier it will be to try and help.
 
A little insight into your diet would help.. Something as small as a REALLY high carb day could make all the difference....
