Anyone know how to use one of these for diet. My old coach used to use one all the time and ran my diet by it. All I know how do is go oh its spiking. So how would I use one myself.
^exactly^^... If you have no history of problems with blood sugar levels then i see no need. you could have a slight case of hypoglycemia. Other than that i would stray from sugars, and simple carbs. This will keep your levels moderated.
