I'm doing a lean bulk, at 4500 calories im taking in 324 g of fat, 75 carbs, and 363 g of protein. I have done keto diets before and at 40 carbs a day I just lose muscle. My fat is high but almost 200 grams of fat is coming from extra virgin olive oil so I feel like I'm ok there. Will I be able to slowly gain muscle while losing fat?
