Well its been a while since I've been on here. Spent the last year battling cancer so I'm dying to get back into the gym. Get a new Ct this week so hoping for good news. I know you are suppose to ask doctors about supplements, but lots of time due to ignorance of the supplement or non fda approval, they usually say no. I plan on staying away from test boosters, ect. I was planning on a pre-work out sup, protein, and creatine. What do you guys think?
