well if its 25 then its much lower than say wheat bread or wheat pasta, and it makes for easy shakes, any reason not to?

i do unerstand and trust me, that **** doesnt stick around very long! itd be great for bulking clean, low GI but does not satisfy the hunger for very long at all.....
trust me rosie if i had the dedication and appetite i would eat ALL whole food, but as it is at the moment work, school, and appetite are in my way
and ya i do understand the difference between complex carbs with low GI and quick carbs with LOW GI.... i.e. Brown Rice (grain) vs Brown Rice syrup (liquid)
the rice will digest MUCH MUCH MUCH slower although the GI on both are under 50, very different animals, kinda like Fructose VS High Fructose Corn syrup
