  3. Biscuits with this sugary buttery coating on them. Eggs and a tall glass of milk with fish oil and pink magic.

  4. 5oz tuna, 4 whole eggs, 1 cup cottage cheese, handful walnuts dipped in a ton of natty pb mmm

    27 g whey con/whey iso with 8 ounces skim milk and a serving of olive oil thrown into the mix

    Will this set me back? Probably not. But now I feel like ****.

    So well said I cannot say any more. McDonald's is better know is as not part of my diet ever again along with about 90% of every other fast food place. It's not worth the hell it puts my body through or the poor nutrition it provides.
