Vitamin D

    My Vitamin D has been low for quite a while despite the fact that I take
    6000 IU's per day. I have been told that it's better to switch to a more absorbable brand. I have no idea what brands would be more absorbable.

    Has anyone had luck using a certain absorbable Vitamin D that worked well for them.


  2. Anything that is D-3 will be more absorbable.

  3. Get more sunlight?
