If looking to do a recomp and just get back into shape how far, if at all, should calories be below maintainance
Start at 500, and see what happens. If you don't get the results you want, drop another 500..
400-600 over maintence on training days with cardio
100-200 over maintence on non training with cardio (low carb day)
Thanks guys. I think I'm gonna stay at maintainance and see how it goes. Im doing cardio 5 days a week so I dont want to lose too quick. The cardio is for bulding endurance not so much weight loss. Though I know it will contribute to it
