HI my name is nick and my question about this post it what % should my carb intake be a day if i want to see abs and gains muscle?

I'm assuming what you're asking is what's a good carb percentage for losing bodyfat without losing too much muscle?
I'd recommend 40-50% protein, 30% carbs, 20-30% fat. It'll be hard to gain decent muscle mass and reduce b/f to show abs at the same time so I'd say pick one goal at a time.
