1/2 cup oats, 1 scoop protien, 2 tbsp natty pb 2 hours prior.

1 cup oats mixed with 1 cup fat free, no sugar added fruit yogurt.
I tried something like this years ago and it workoed out pretty great. It was 1 cup oats (not cooked), 1cup FF cottage cheese and 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt.

I love me 8-10oz Top Sirloin, medium sweet potato and a tall glass of water about 2 hrs before I hit the gym.
