I've been heading towards organic these past few years and after seeing FOOD INC. a few months back went completely organic in the house (well, as much as feasibly possible anyway). Plus, it totally benefits my two kids.

It totally doesn't surprise me one bit.

ADHD is probably the most mild consequence you'll get from the pesticides and chemicals they put in foods these days. It amazes me how people don't seem to make a connection with pesticides, additives, and other garbage corporate America throws in food to make it faster, easier.

As a weightlifter I used to concern myself with quality proteins, minerals, and such without ever giving a thought to the quality of foods that I was putting into my body. As I look back the chicken, eggs, vegetables; all were probably heavily contaminated with chemicals and pesticides. Quite a contradiction when you think about it.

I think I'm off my soap box now.
