    what to eat at night

i work out around 5 or 6 normally and always eat dinner after working out but i am always extremely hungry at night. it doesn't matter how much i eat during the day so advice of eating more in the daytime is not helpful. what can i eat that is filling yet low or no carbs?

    Besides shakes, like whey/casein..

I'll eat fat-free cottage cheese at night. 1 cup = 30g of protein, about 5g of carbs/3 sugar

I got a better answer, Greek yogurt . low fat kind I have is a little less than 20 grams of protein 5-7 carbs a couple grams of fat. better than eating sugar laden yogurt or even oatmeal right before bed. No hate I just wouldnt eat applesauce before bed. Post workout maybe but before bed no
