We have one at the gym and they offer high Protein shake,I usually drink it once or twice a week, Is this fine or should I cut it down?
Depends. What are your goals first off? If you're not on a strict diet, or trying to cut then I'd say it's probably okay. Smoothie King has some 1000+ calorie smoothies, so just be careful they're not adding anything in addition to fruits and protein powder. Personally, I wouldn't do it, but I'm on a strict diet and cut out all fruits.
