Hello guys

I reading this post of "Insulin Sensitivity and Fat Loss" and seems some controversial IMO i need opinions about this:

Insulin Sensitivity and Fat Loss | BodyRecomposition - The Home of Lyle McDonald

thanx

p.s.

Abdominal or visceral fat is dangerous fat. The fat that your body stores around the organs increases your bad cholesterol levels, aggravates inflammation and makes you less sensitive to insulin. Fortunately abdominal fat is also the first fat you lose when you start to lose weight.

Adipose tissue begins to release a hormone called resistan (spelling?) which is what causes one of the forms of diabetes... apparently it makes cells resistant to insulin.

Manipulating insulin to your advantage would have a huge nutrient-partitioning effect, driving food (and stored food energy) into building muscle instead of building fat
alter the sensitivity of your insulin receptors, making them as sensitive as possible?

what supplement can help with the sensitivity?
