Is it Safe to Drink Epsom Salt?!?!

I heard about it and something else being part of a liver cleanse scam. Supposedly, one of the chemicals fomrs little ballons around the other chemical, and when you poop these little balls out, you think your cleansing toxins.

Pretty much this.

Do DSades purge:
30GMS Psyllum husk (Whole, not ground) before bed.
then some EC in the morning.

Then go sit in a sauna for 12 minute periods, and drink tons of water. Instant cleanse.

Oh, then donate blood, nothing like a fresh pint!
 
It's a laxative if used but it isn't like a little boost like taking metamucil. Be careful or you'll blow out your o ring.
