So...how do you like to take it and when? Personally, I have been using it with my first shake, middle of the day and before bed. I use more calories per day then most people on earth use in a week...so my snacks are sometimes meals haha.Its good having to meet/exceed caloric needs and not worry about it too much! It has helped with my energy levels tremendously. Basically I loves me some CO!
I would like to know how much the average or non average user is using, when and how. I have tried making coco prawns with Sambuca for example ...yum! I usually average about 15-20 grams a day.
