what is a good formula for finding amount of cals for recomp?
Looking to do a little bit of a recomp. I know my maintenance is about 2750 range.. so what amount would one suggest I consume while trying to decrease BF but keep or gain a bit of LBM. I 6'2, 200 and at 10-11% BF... jsut looking for a ball park figure....
When I go on a straight bulk I usually hit the cals around 3400 - 3600, always a clean bulk, but nonetheless store a little extra fat.
My thoughts were to cylce my cals between 2500 and 3000.. meaning three days at 2500 then two days at 3000????
Any advice would be appreciated!!
