Hi guys I'm new to the forum. I'm trying to get back into shape. I'm 21 years old, 2 years ago i was in excellent shape. I have had 2 knee surgeries in the past two tears and my physical condition has gone down hill. running was a big part of my exercise routine a few years ago but now the impact of running kills my knees. I'm wondering if there is some kind of diet i can get on to get rid of this "gut" i'm growing lol it's not that bad but i don't like the direction this heading. want to put the breaks on now befor it gets too hard. I have a thick build naturaly but i don't want to go from the thick stage to chubby. any help would be much appreciated.
