CASUAL ciggarette smoking and bodybuilding?

  1. CASUAL ciggarette smoking and bodybuilding?


    Hey guys, well the title explains my question, but let's say i consider... Half a pack a month "casual smoking" so about 10 ciggarretes a month, would this effect MAINTENANCE of the body i've built? I'm aware of the adverse health effects, but my question is if it will directly effect my muscle mass, i'm not trying to GAIN muscle, just trying to maintain

  2. Off the top of my head, I would say you could still maintain. It wouldnt be good for you, but it wouldn't eat the muscle you already have. Again, thats off the top of my head.

  3. yeah thats what i figured, it definately inhibits GAINING muscle, but i wouldnt think maintaining too much
