Currently I'm taking 1100 mg glucosamine and 1200 chondroitin for joint health which is 1 serving on this bottle by NOW that i have.

Can I/should I take that twice a day? Would it be beneficial? In the past My shoulder has had slight problems, but nothing that has ever inhibited me from actually working out because i've done a pretty good job keeping it in check and not ever overworking it/stopping workouts if it starts to bug me.

so like i said, would taking the 1100 glu and 1200 chon twice a day be beneficial to my joint health in general?
