cutting, first diet. critique please.

diet. Check it.

meal 1:
5 eggs
1 cup milk
1 slice of whole grain bread

meal 2:
1 apple or banana
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
protein shake

meal 3
1 can tuna
2 tbsp olive oil mayo
3 oz egg whites

meal 4- pre-workout:
1/2 cup of old fashioned oats,
5oz chicken
1oz whole almonds

middle/end of workout(post)- meal 5
3 scoops of universal animal torrent
calories= 302
carbs= 52
protein= 20

meal 6:
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
protein shake


calories: 2700
fat 85g
carbs 170g
protein 280g

hows does it look?

5 days of weight training. 5 days of cardio
day 1: chest/ 20 mins cardio
day 2:back/20 mins cardio
day 3: legs
day 4:shoulders/ 20 mins cardio
day 5: arms/cardio 20 min cardio
day 6:20-30 mins cardio
day 7: off

Re: The workout routine - personally I would put the rest day on day 3 - If your doing deadlifts on back day then you might find that when you get to doing squats the next day your lower back is still 'weak/aching' which isn't that productive to get the most out of your legs day.

Although everyone is obviously different what I am doing at the moment is working quite well -

Day 1 - Chest/Triceps
Day 2 - Back/Biceps
Day 3 - Rest Day
Day 4 - Shoulders/Lats
Day 5 - Legs
Day 6 - 7 [Off days due to work]

Your diet looks good. I would cut out the milk. Kind of an unnecessary sugar. Drink a gallon or more of water a day....

yeah i probably will take out the milk, except for breakfest, I mix it with my eggs, thanks for the help

If you can replace the protien shakes with whole foods, but I would wait until you plateau, but this should give you results

If you lower carbs add BCAAS
