I was just wondering if amino 1000 was a good amino acid blend (enough mg of each) i will be taking 3-4 tablets with each meal to help maintain a steady nitrogen balance in my system. i got them from GNC, let me know what you think... will any be wasted either? or am i lacking some or need more a certain kind?

I'm not a fan of blends like this, you are better off getting them in whey protein. If supplementing with extra bcaa's go with something like xtend or other bcaa mix. The effects of these will go unnoticed
