    My diet while on M1T


    My diet while on M1T is 3,027 calories, 56.1g of fat, 382.8g of carbs, 274.3g of protein roughly. I counted my calories the other day and this is what I came up with. Its roughly the same everyday. Does this sound suffecient. I am 26, 5"7 and 173lbs now on week 3. Yes my diet is all clean food. But my gains have slowed down dramatically. Do I need more calories??

    id say yes. u eat more carbs then me but i eat more overall and im only 130. i eat 85 fat, 295 cho , 285 pro most days of the week. then on my cardio day i dont eat ne direct carbs, then the day after that i eat about 350-375 carbs.

    What dose are you running and how much have you gained? If you already gained 15-20lbs wich would be normal for m1t I would quit complaining.lol You can only add so much weight at once. Plus if you dig up some old m1t logs you will see that the rapid weight gain usualy slows after 2-3 weeks. Its because its a wet compound. The good news is you are probably still adding quality muscle and the strength gains will continue. By the way if your all ready at week 3 I wouldn't go for anymore than another week. 4 weeks on m1t is plenty and many won't go past 3.

    I have gained about 14lbs so far. Ya I read about 15-20lbs is normal but I was hoping for more lol...And yes my strength still increases every time I go to the gym. No last week is def the last week of my cycle. I was going to do a 4 week cycle right from the beginning. So far M1T has been working great!!

    Id up the calories since you have gained 14 pounds that inturn has upped the amount of food you need to gain muscle or i should say protein. So id bump the cals up a little and you could probally gain a few more pounds doing so.
