My diet while on M1T is 3,027 calories, 56.1g of fat, 382.8g of carbs, 274.3g of protein roughly. I counted my calories the other day and this is what I came up with. Its roughly the same everyday. Does this sound suffecient. I am 26, 5"7 and 173lbs now on week 3. Yes my diet is all clean food. But my gains have slowed down dramatically. Do I need more calories??
