Can someone better explain this diet to me. From what I understand it is basically cutting out carbs and eating more protein and fat???

Has to do with carb cycling. There are many ways to go about this.

there are plenty of articles on sites by lyle mcdonald on this diet. its a bit hard to summarize this diet as its not a simple diet where you just cutout carbs
