I watched a lot of dairy commercials and don't want to confuse this with the steroid movement. Any way, I am still worried about my cheese intake and would like some light as to the values of cheese in a weight lifter's diet.
I eat a ton of cheese. Some people bloat when they eat dairy but I don't have problem with it. As long as you aren't getting bloated or having GI issues then go for it.
i eat fat free cheddar on my eggs every morning.i try not to eat alot of fatty cheese. fat free or reduced fat.
