Diet help pls
How does this diet look for keeping as much muscle as possible while losing fat? Im around 5'10 205lbs with 15%bf. Im feeling a lil chunky and wanna lose fat and look ripped. Ill prob do 1 week of this diet alone then second week start my Hdrol 6 week cycle on top of this diet to help keep muscle mass. My main concern is keeping my muscles haha. Does this diet look right for my goals?
3 whole eggs, 2 egg whites
SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 tablespoon of All Natural Peanut butter
"Lean Protein Meal": 8oz chicken with 1/2-cup cashew nuts (almonds, or walnuts)
SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 tablespoons of All Natural Peanut butter and a bowl of oats and a banana.
<Workout would be around between these meals>
"Fatty Protein Meal": 8oz Salmon, Tuna, or RED MEAT with a green salad (with carrots tomatoes, and cucumbers) with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
SHAKE: 50g Whey with 1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter

what are the macros for this diet? Are you planning no carbs at all? Not even around WO's?
why no tomatoes, carrots, or red peppers? You'd be missing out on all your VMA

Ya id agree i personally think you some more veggies and dropping the tomatoes carrots peppers doesnt help. But id try to get some more food from whole foods rather having half your meals being protein shakes if thats all you can do cause of time or work then its fine but whole food is always better.

No i could replace the shakes with a meal.
Its suppose to be a high protein low carb diet.
Whats a good meal that would fit this kinda diet to replace a shake?
Also i changed the salad to have carrots,cucumbers, and tomatoes :]
the problem is I know a ton about bulking and gear and stuff cause i was very lean and skinny when I first started around 16 and didnt really need to know how to cut. Now im 26 and its getting to me haha.
