Well, we all know that insulin is one of hte main anabolic hormones, but lately there has been controversy surrounding it's ability to blunt growth hormone. My question is: Will a person on a high carb diet really have less growth hormone?" I mean, I know to kids who loved their sweets, and grew to be pretty tall. Maby our bodys adapt, and make up for the GH loss when insulin goes down? Just wondering.
